Technology

We modernise old oil and gas boiler rooms. We use renewable sources of energy based on plant heating oils and supply these fuels to our customers.

Important Information

The energy produced in this way is classified as green energy and entitles you to the RECS certificate (Renewable Energy Certificate System). With this RECS certificate you can receive a subsidy of approx. 80 € / 1 MGV. The energy obtained in this way reduces CO2 emissions.

Oil Heating Installations

We exchange old burners for universal burners of the highest quality. It requires investing approx. 100000 – 150000 € (depending on their size).

This investment makes it possible to save from 5 to 30% of fuel. In addition, we are able to convert approx. 30% of the total energy mass into electricity. We install additional steam turbines and power generators according to our design. The obtained energy can be used individually or it can be sold and fed into the power network.

The amount of the investments depends on the local conditions and the planned power level - it varies from 0.35 to 1.5 Mio. Euro.

Gas Heating Installations

We exchange old burners for 2-function burners (gas/oil). The costs are comparable to the ones mentioned above. The investment pays for itself after 2 - 3 years.

Heating Oil

Our environmentally friendly product is 100% green - i.e. it comes from renewable plant sources. It is produced during the formation of plant oil esters. It is a mixture of higher fat acids and glycerine. This product can be easily mixed with hard bituminous coal powder which increases its energy value.

• Viscosity at 50ºC: 20 mm / s
• Ignition point: 112º C
• Coagulation point: - 25º C

• Density at 15ºC: from 0.90 to 1.12 – EN ISO 3675
• Kinematic viscosity at 50ºC mm/s: not less than 36.2 – EN ISO 3104
• Coagulation point: more than - 25ºC – EN ISO 3016
• Ignition point: not less than 55ºC – EN ISO 2592
• Water content in % m/m: not less than 2 ASTM D 95
